Responsibilities:
- Monitor segments and customer base up for renewal of loans or nearing completion of tenure/loan amount
- Apply demographical, behavioral and transactional attributes to identify customer cohorts/segments
- Work closely with campaign team to plan email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns to increase top of the funnel
- Work with sales team to ensure maximum conversions, understand challenges and work on resolving them
- Build strategies to drive customer engagement and growth
- Regular reporting on progress against goals and relevant business metrics and customer insights
- Coordinate with different functions including product, technology, BD, compliance, etc.
- Tack and analyze funnels and identify ways to optimize campaigns for improvement at each step
Qualifying criteria:
- 5-7 years' experience in fintech, lending, BFSI, internet first companies, B2B start ups
- MBA from tier 1 or 2 college
- Strategic thinker with experience in lead nurturing to increase churn.
- Experience in funnel optimization, campaign planning
- Collaborator who can work with sales, product, tech, and marketing team to prioritize and align work
- Relies heavily on data for decision making and has experience in simplifying complex data
- Has worked as individual contributor and has the drive to make things happen
