Indifi - Product Manager - Loan Management System & Payment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate or benchmark the products against industry standards.

2. Own, operate, and manage a loan management system which is core to any lending business.

3. Will to roll up the sleeves to fix a problem; and be responsible till the last penny is counted and accounted for.

4. Be proactive and design systems or processes that have a high success rate.

5. Think out of the box and bring on innovation that helps end users of the product.

6. Build user-centric designs, workflows, and get the product live in a cross-functional environment.

Must-Have:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, economics, mathematics, or any related field.

2. At least 3 years of Product Management work experience

3. Experience in the financial industry or fin-tech will be a plus.

4. At least 2 years of exposure to a Loan Management System or understanding of the back-end operations of a NBFC/Bank is expected.

5. Functional knowledge of databases (like MySQL, PostgresSQL) will be an added advantage

6. Good Microsoft Excel skill is desired.

7. Good communication and analytical skills are important.
