KRA's :

1. Preparation of CMA, credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handling queries of lenders in relation to credit proposals for fund raising.

2. Cross Functional coordination with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal for closure of data requirements as well as legal documentation, board resolutions etc.

3. Assist Mid office and Treasury Ops in resolving any escalations in lender discrepancies

4. Preparation of Master Data and corporate presentations for debt lenders

5. Prepare and manage Book debt hypothecation

6. Facilitate and drive CMS discussions with Banks and Technology team

7. Support any new business requirements or any other activity related to Fund Raising & Treasury operations

8. Any other adhoc activity or automation for accomplishing Treasury deliverable

9. Liaise with Credit Rating agencies for new ratings and annual surveillance.

10. Manage accurate & timely debt repayments (both Interest and principal), track renewals, rate resets and related debt activities. Maintain liability database.
