Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing end-to-end high-impact strategic alliances and partnerships with leading corporates in new MSME segments (pharma, logistics, building material, etc).
- Be actively involved in assessing potential partnership opportunities in various sectors.
- Assess various industries and evaluate landscape for prospective channel partners.
- Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects.
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams to help create and deliver new products for customers.
- Manage key accounts and deepen relationships with clients by looking at opportunities for upselling/ cross-selling etc.
- Post sign-off account management, evaluation of partnership performance - driving growth and revenue realization from the partnership.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Manage end-to-end partner relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and result tracking.
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least 3-6 years prior experience in business development, preferably in the MSME finance domain.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ideal candidates should be hungry, proactive, and outward-oriented, with a bias for action and delivering results.
- Candidate must be from an MBA from a reputed institute.
