Our esteem client is looking for Lead Designer with major experience in Branding and Packaging
What you'll do?
This is a hands-on leadership role.
- As the design lead, we expect you to take the lead design role on key projects as well as delegating and managing the entire design team.
- Provide guidance and support for a team of 5-6+ designers.
- Direct and inspire teams to create consistent and cohesive design work across a diverse range of clients.
- You'll lead and earn the trust of clients at all levels by displaying credibility in your professional capacity, an unbiased perspective and unique take on their business challenges, a passion for their brand and their customers, and an uncompromising commitment to their success.
- Demonstrate fearlessness in the face of the unknown and a desire to bring order to the world through design inquiry.
- While working on several projects, you'll also conceptualize and collaborate with internal teams on marketing ideas and experiences.
- Your expertise in design will help lead clients, team members and peers to think about ways that solve business challenges while meeting brand and customer needs.

What you have:
- Body of Work | Portfolio featuring a wide range of creative work that displays mastery of your skills, ideas and execution.
- Expertise in the formal elements of visual design, including typography, colour, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office.
- UI/UX experience is a bonus.
- Proven design-led conceptual and campaign experience; demonstrated success working on integrated campaigns that include digital, social, and/or emerging media.
- Experience working across multiple parallel work streams and within a flexible and agile environment.
- Ability to assess work, delegate tasks, hire resources and manage the team output effectively
