HR Lead - Tamil Nadu Campaign About the Job : I-PAC is hiring an HR lead for its Tamil Nadu Project who can take up the challenge to manage human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Job Responsibilities : HR Strategies &amp; Policy Making : Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organization strategy. Handle all employee grievances and suggestions with a 360-degree view and with long term policy design and its impact in mind Talent Acquisition : Lead Talent Acquisition across levels with a dedicated focus and plan for diversity hiring. Responsible for recruitment and allocations across the teams &amp; projects, and coordinate with different verticals to manage the full ecosystem of resources, and effective development of an organization's human resources. Employee Relations : A forward-thinker, who has shown skills in a similar environment &amp; can plan for the future of their workplaces, identifying potential threats and opportunities for attracting and retaining top talent, as well as ways to make positive changes to their organization's culture. HRMS : Improve organizational design and structure, support change leadership, and management coaching. Help to maintain company HRMS. Responsible for maintaining HR communication for smooth processes. Performance Management : Designing and implementing an effective Performance Management System and regularly upgrading the same, with a view to increasing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Organizations Performance. Minimum Qualifications : - 4 to 8 years of work experience in the Human Resources field - Must be an MBA graduate from a top-tier institute (IIMs, ISB) - Must have handled the end to end responsibilities of HRD along with active involvement into recruitment with an organization size of minimum 100 employees - Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision-making Preferred Qualifications : - In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR-related policies - Proven business acumen, project management, communication, presentation, conflict management skills Location : Chennai The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
