Leadership position reporting to the Director of the Institute is expected to manage the day-to- day operations of the Institute. Responsible managing numerous functions of the Institute, including campus infrastructure, academic facilities, hostels, cafeteria, safety, procurement and logistics.
The HoA is ultimately responsible for the performance of each function:
- Providing instructional leadership to functional managers;
- Implementing the Institutes Development Plan;
- Developing and implementing budgets;
- Preparing financial and statistical management reports;
- Setting up metrics for measurement of various functions and review periodically;
- Required to coordinate with faculty and students to ensure that all facilities are optimally utilized and stake holders are satisfied;
- Ensure compliance of the Institute's Rules & Regulations and that the brand is not compromised.
Qualifications Education - Master's Degree (full-time in campus)
Field of Study - Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Master's Degree in Management
Experience - Minimum 15 years of experience in Administration of which 5 years of experience should be relevant to the job description.
