You will be handling a team of approx 100 people sitting at Vendor Location.  Job Summary :  - Ensuring sufficient manpower available as per projections.  - Agreement negotiations with the Vendor.  - Continuous focus on Quality to ensure continuous improvement.  - One to One sessions with All Associates/TLs/QAs/AMs.  - Ensure smooth conduction of Training / Refreshers at Call Centre.  - Getting closure on Monthly Bills by validating them.  - Projection Sharing.  - Keep a close eye on Attrition control RnR Planning with the Vendor.  - True Caller PRI names' maintenance.  - Call Calliberation between Internal and External Audit Teams.  - Ensuring correct sampling for analysis.  - Quality improvement measures and its implementations.  - Consistent monitoring of PPP, AHT and lead approval numbers to drive them effectively.  Please note that it is a hard core Operations Profile  Skills :  - The candidate has to be really sharp with numbers/calculations.  - Negotiation Skills are must  Attitude & Behaviour :  - Must possess - Can Do Attitude  - Pro-active Behavior is an indispensable requirement  Experience : 0.5 - 3 years. Candidates from Operations/Sales background would be preferred.  Qualification :  - B.Tech + MBA in Operations with 80% in 10th and 12th standard.  Salary offered : Up to 8 LPA
