Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

- Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team of B2B sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

- Set clear sales targets, monitor individual and team performance, and hold team members accountable for achieving goals.

- Motivate and inspire your team, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Sales Strategy & Performance:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.

- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales processes and effectiveness.

Client Relationship Management:

- Collaborate with the sales team to build strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.

- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- Oversee the client onboarding process and ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and coaching skills.

- Passion for customer service and a commitment to building strong and lasting client relationships.

- Experience in the B2B marketplace is a plus
