The position holder shall be responsible for managing executives under Lead Management Systems ensuring productivity and establishing customer success in stipulated time frame.
Job Summary:
- Managing a team of 10-15 LMS executives
- Tracking and ensuring the productivity parameters are met for all executives.
- Establishing customer success by tracking conversions and closures for client
- Interacting with the clients for process improvement
