The candidate will be responsible for taking care of the entire Employee Life Cycle post on-boarding.

Desired Profile
Qualification : MBA HR with 60% in 10th and 12th respectively.
Experience:
Exposure to Human Resources Department of a well reputed organization in Insurance IT/ITES/Media/Telecom/ Retail / Service Industry.
Should have worked as an HR Business Partner for more than 500 employee organizations to a 2000 plus People Company in distributed locations.
Extensive HR industry knowledge & nationwide networking.
