Job Summary:
- The position holder will be responsible to drive the execution of Marketing Strategy for Supplier Marketplace in line with the Business Objectives.
- S/He will contribute towards Product development / enhancement initiatives and will work to drive all Marketing campaigns / initiatives to achieve Business Objectives.
The Primary internal customer for this role is the Sales team.
Job Profile:
- Product management for Supplier side (paid) products at indiamart.com with a view to contribute to the delivery of overall Product plan and achieve Business objectives.
- Work on Go to Market Plan, New Product Development, Product Enhancement & Consumer Engagement initiatives to ensure delivery of Customer Acquisition & Retention targets.
- Support Sales team in New Customer acquisition through Product & process enhancements.
- Build on understanding of Customer experience and work on enhancing customer experience across various touch-points and achieve Customer delight.
- Undertake ongoing analysis and review of performance of products, channels, segments and regions to assist in identification of relevant trends, key issues and/or opportunities.
- Identify key drivers for improving monetization of IndiaMART products in the market through Customer understanding & Analysis of Sales data & processes. Work on executing insights gained by such analysis with Branch Level Sales teams.
- Work with the Sales team to develop promotional initiatives to profitably increase market share within budgeted cost parameters.
- Initiate & monitor competitive product development & communication activities and to actively share key findings internally.
- Liaise with other Departments / Functions for smooth implementation of Plans.
- Plan & execute effective internal communication to engage Employees on various Marketing initiatives / Product developments. Work on creating impactful Sales presentations, Brochures and other Collaterals to help in the Sales process.
Desired Profile:
Qualification:
- 60 % above in both 10th and 12th respectively
- Graduate with regular MBA
Experience:
- 2+ years of post qualification industry experience.
- Experience in handling Product Management responsibilities preferably in Online Media / Telecom / FMCG / BFSI Industry.
- Should have good understanding of Product Development / Management, Sales Process, Data Analysis & Insight generation.
Required Skills:
- Should have good understanding of Sales Processes, Product Management & Consumer Behaviour.
- Should be Execution focused and also be able to provide strategic direction to the sales team to achieve overall Business Objectives.
- Must be process oriented, IT savvy & proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/ Open Office Tools.
