Technical Role (60%) :
- Conceptualise and develop various tools/ products using BI and AI techniques for fraud prevention and conflict management
- Work with stakeholders and engineering teams to develop a product strategy for conflict management and fraud prevention, and develop processes necessary for minimizing conflict between IndiaMART users
- Communicate the vision, roadmap, and initiatives to the leadership and stakeholders
- Integrate various fraud and conflict management tools/ products in IndiaMART's processes, and improvising current tools/ products based on in-depth analysis of data from various processes
- Work closely with internal teams to analyse cases of wrong organic and inorganic seller/buyer onboarding and closing the loop by improving the product/ process
- Analyse data to identify & detect inconsistencies, fraudulent suspects, activities and trends, and proactively develop action plans to reduce time and improve efficiency in fraud detection tools
Operational Role (40%) :
- Manage and train the team for Fraud detection & prevention and conflict management, and recruit more member into it
- Oversee the operations of a fraud detection team & buyer supplier conflict management team to ensure cases of users with unlawful (or wrong intentions) are properly handled
- Liaison with an internal team (legal) in coordinating with law enforcement agencies to develop and execute plans for resolution of fraud case
- Drive operational KPIs like Productivity, Talk Time Quality, Repeat complaint, Conflict Tickets
- Mediate (based on factual and circumstantial evidence) between buyers and sellers, if any dispute arises between them
