Job Summary:
The position holder shall be responsible to plan, execute and monitor the telesales operations of the outsourced call center business with the agreed cost of sales.
Tasks:
- To ensure weekly sales, hosting targets are met
- To manage the performance of the Team and generate revenue as per Annual Operating Plan
- To periodically evaluate the adherence of SLAs & take corrective actions.
- To Hire, train & retain the team members.
- To ensure periodic training & provide updates / feedback to the team members.
- To manage relationships with call center point of contacts or vendors to ensure SLAs
- Cost management by improving processes and building efficiency
- Manage the data - Churn/Audit/Mine the data to ensure optimum sales conversion
Desired Profile:
- Should have 5+ years experience in managing a telesales team of at-least 100+ members.
