Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, fostering trust and open communication.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings (4-5 per day) to understand client needs and ensure platform utilization.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Client Success & Platform Optimization:
- Ensure clients are using and deriving optimal benefit from IndiaMART by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure products/services in their e-catalog are accurately defined and effectively showcased.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Utilize your sales acumen to identify upselling opportunities for additional IndiaMART services, maximizing client engagement and revenue generation.
- Develop strategies to increase client platform utilization and retention, meeting and exceeding fortnightly and monthly targets.
Effective Communication & Independence:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
- Practice active listening to understand client business contexts and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently to manage daily activities and client meetings.
Critical Skills:
- Bachelor/masters degree in any field (preferred).
- Strong application of sales techniques and understanding of B2B sales principles.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
