Key Responsibilities :
- Create and execute marketing plans to increase brand salience.
- Understand and adopt digital techniques to drive customer engagement on IndiaMART social platforms.
- Deploy trending marketing channels & content formats to enforce thought leadership.
- Develop platform- specific content & growth strategy for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Handle various content formats for social media marketing- videos, influencer content, user- generated content, testimonials and success stories, customer product videos, etc.
- Ideate and execute brand campaigns, track, report and optimize campaign performance across channels.
- Streamline and execute internal marketing communication via emails in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Strategize, execute, evaluate, and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Manage creative agencies and other relevant vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals.
- On- board relevant agencies, wherever required.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills :
- 0- 2 years of relevant marketing experience preferably in commerce/Technology/Internet/Telecom/Media companies.
- Good Academics and MBA.
- Ability to work with large teams and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Enjoys data handling skills & has higher bias for action
