Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team of sales representatives, providing ongoing mentorship and support.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor individual and team performance, and hold team members accountable for achieving goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
Strategic Sales Planning & Execution:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Develop and implement a data-driven sales plan aligned with company objectives, considering market dynamics and customer needs.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closing and customer retention.
Business Development & Client Relationships:
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within your territory to develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably within the [Industry] industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building high-performing teams, and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
