Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to prospect for new advertisers in your region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and brands, fostering trust and open communication.
- Effectively present and position our digital advertising solutions to C-suite executives.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop data-driven advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with the ad-ops team to ensure successful campaign delivery and meet agreed-upon KPIs.
- Proactively monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan, exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client engagement and revenue generation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPC, CPV, Viewability, etc.
Qualifications:
- MBA degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, media sales, corporate sales, SaaS sales, digital solutions sales, or key account management.
- Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret digital advertising metrics.
