Deputy Manager/ Manager- Data Analytics
Role & responsibilities:
This unit caters to the servicing need of our Distributors and the front-line sales team with the clear laid downline process guidelines to optimize business growth.
Business Intelligence Unit covering:
a. Automation of KPI for entire sales team
b. Automaton of MISs
c. Daily Reports
d. QRC Management of Sales
e. Responsible for internal & external Audit
What is the Role?The incumbent will be responsible for developing / ensuring:
a. Collaborate with key business, technology & operations departments to identify the most efficient means of harvesting data for analysis & reporting.
b. Effective monitoring mechanism to ensure the deliverables are within the defined time frame as communicated / agreed TAT with Sales and Distributors.
c. Driving projects that would enhance the service experience for the Distributors and Sales force (Example: Developing self-service to portal to access business numbers / earnings/ analytics etc.)
d. Very strong on communication skills and stakeholder management. The incumbent will have the opportunity to interact with the Sr Management on daily basis on the business numbers and setting up expectation on the deliverables with all the Country Heads
e. Shall play a key role in conceptualizing and implementing and steering the key strategies to support business numbers and distributor delight.
f. Driving Distributor Satisfaction Index
g. Effective monitoring on the Regulatory Reporting
h. Define Service Management Plans with internal stakeholders, SLAs in conjunction with business requirements. Should have strong coordination and collaborative approach with all stakeholders.
i. A service mindset within the team and Training and mentoring them j. Lead and motivate teams to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
Preferred candidate profile:Qualitative:- Very strong coordination and communication skill
- Must be very good with stakeholder management
- Should have an eye for detail
- Strategic Mindset deriving the key findings by observing some trends in process/ business numbers
- Good Interpersonal Skill
- Must be a change agent/Collaborator/ Planner and Thinker
Quantitative:
- TAT for KPI Management & Daily reports
- Quick Response for the queries that are being raised by the Distributors and front Sales Team
- Ensuring commission payouts within the defined cycle strong coordination with Finance and Sales
- Ensuring the Regulatory guidelines are followed for carrying out the day-to-day operations
