Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at Indiabulls Real Estate in Vadodara.

- The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, working closely with the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

- Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive sales plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

- Set achievable sales targets and create strategies to meet or exceed them.

- Recruit and train a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and support.

- Monitor the sales team's performance and implement corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
