Role : Manager/ Area Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Managing the team of SM/RMs/DSTs/DSAs to achieve the goals set by the company.

- Responsible for developing Mortgages business by grooming the team and DSTs.

- Shall be responsible for the location/branch targets.

- To Acquire and build Relationship with Channel Partners for LAP business.

- Responsible for RM/SM targets.

- Conceptualizing, planning, executing activities for generation of business

- Recruitment of team, training them, motivating them

- Able to independently manage and grow business

- Candidate with experience in Home Loan and Mortgage should be consider.

Soft skills/competencies :

- Good Communication skills

- Good Negotiation skills

- Mortgage background

- Existing network.

- Analytical ability

Educational Qualification : MBA or equivalent

Experience : 7 years and above
