Indiabulls Housing Finance - Commercial Credit Manager

Brief Job Description/ Technical skills :

- Manage the corporate finance loans portfolio

- Conduct credit & technical appraisal for all corporate finance proposals

- Client interface from origination to repayment

- Monitor existing loan portfolio on the books

- Review credit data to evaluate commercial loan requests in order to approve or deny applications

- Analyze sources of financial information such as reporting services, credit bureaus, other companies, main office files, and branches to determine profitability of loan

- Reviews the credit history, profitability and liquidity of clients to assess the risk level involved in credit extension or money lending

- Analyzes financial data to determine customers' financial status and the expected profitability of commercial loans; recommends approval or denial of loan applications

- Firm legal knowhow of Real Estate regulations & compliances along with factors persistent and consistent in the local/target market

- In-depth Knowledge on matters pertaining to taxation, credit, lending etc.
