About our Client: Our client is a leading MNC bank with captive center in India supporting global operations. They offer a wide range of financial services globally. With a strong presence in India, they are seeking a India Senior HR Leader to be based out of Bangalore to work closely with the leadership team and manage the banking technology business comprising of 2,000+ employees.
Job Description: Reporting to the HR Director, in this role, you will be instrumental in:
- Leading and developing a strategic road map for the India HR function through HR strategy, centre of excellence and HR lead projects across functions
- Driving values, vision and cultural transformation through strengthened leadership and employee communication
- Aligning organization design, performance management, retention and compensation strategies in liaison with global heads
- Designing and conceptualizing key initiatives and HR policies to build and nurture a knowledge organization
The Successful Candidate:
- You would hold 15+years of experience in HR Strategy, Change Management, Organization Design, Compensation and Policies in an MNC environment with multi-geography exposure.
- You will come with strong experience in financial services or a highly matrixed organization. You would have demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills are a must along with a high level of business acumen.
- You would be result oriented and have the ability to take on risks.
