Job Description:

We are looking for a India Sales Lead - Fintech and Banking Products to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas of our company. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the sales of banking products, while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mind-set. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company's success in the long run.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a portfolio strategy to increase Fintech revenue and market share as efficiently as possible. Leading the market Fintech sales teams to recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to grow the Fintech business.

- Ensure established and emerging FinTech's choose to launch their business with company, including issuing, acquiring, and other product propositions. Working with the Processor team to partner with leading enablers to support company the distribution of its services.

- Identify friction points for Fintech and market sales teams in prospecting, pitching, onboarding and growing new business. Set standards for the client experience and work with Client Services, Risk, Operations, Sales and Finance to ensure they are met.

- Create a distinct sales process for sales managers and reps to follow.

- Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year, etc.

- Develop a network of direct and indirect sales teams for generating leads and business.

- Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.

- Hold and direct sales meetings Train new sales department hires in company processes and procedures.

- Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals.

- Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations.

- Hold frequent performance reviews with staff to provide constructive feedback.

- Celebrate sales achievements and goals met or surpassed.

- Establish new relationship, nurture existing relationship, train & pitch the loan product.

- Identify and help develop the company's differentiation and ensure market leadership

- Build partnerships and engage with prospective clients

- Coordination with the Operations and other internal teams in maximizing the disbursals.

- To track the existing portfolio and ensure the near-delinquent and delinquent.

- Continually monitor and track regional sales performance analyze and report on monthly sales outcomes.

- Strategically forecast and manage budgetary information Be informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiences

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years, exposure to selling Banking Products

- Preferred Industry experience - Bank / NBFC / Fintech handling Sales in their products

- Demonstrate knowledge in our area of sales Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
