- Comprehensive knowledge of operations and route to market strategies.

- Previous international experience and exposure are essential.

Leadership

- Proven success in managing cross-functional teams at the market level, fostering a sustainable high-performance culture.

- Skilled in working within a matrix environment and influencing stakeholders outside direct authority on an international level.

- Successfully handled high-pressure, high-visibility projects and assignments.

- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams across all hierarchical levels.

Entrepreneurship

- Demonstrated ability to innovate and take calculated business risks.

- Preference for mobile Country Managers (CMs) or Country Business Managers (CBMs) who can lead markets within the zone and eventually manage larger markets as CBMs.

- Internal candidates with a deep understanding of the business model (brand, operations, etc.) and significant leadership experience are ideal.

- Strong business acumen with experience in generating demand, operations, and support functions within a market, ideally with general management experience.
