Education Qualification : Engineering/ MBA in Sales and Marketing
Years of Experience : 16 yrs plus
Key Areas of Responsibility :
- Should have experience in managing all India centric account relationships currently existing in RCM and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities.
- Deliver to growth targets for identified accounts.
- Experience with managing and successfully growing India based captive relationship.
- Demonstrate ability to manage business by number and should be metrics driven
- Ability to build more strategic sell relationships with customers than tactical staff augmentation relationship.
- Develop and prepare sales forecast, budget and manpower plans.
- Ability to leverage and help penetrate global CO's relationships with clients.
- Establish excellent client relationships with strategic customers
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
