Job Description

Reporting to the Head of the Division abroad your responsibilities will include:

- Planning, Organization, orientation, direction and control of the commercial and industrial areas of the company in activities like sakes administration, budget for products sale, technical assistance , sales statistics- so as to reach goals in terms of volume and profit as well as the development of new markets and areas related to the production activities

- Leveraging the business growth and taking part in the implantation of new products and processes

- Accomplishing the sales targets in terms of volume and profit, ensuring the penetration of the company’s products in the Indian market

- Ensuring a proper image of the company through various marketing initiatives

- Directing activities of the company’s commercial area to reach pre established goals to ensure a good level of business and profit margins

- Knowing and controlling the behavior of the consuming market to set objectives, strategize and suggest corrective actions

- Controlling and establishing the review of the product selling prices based on competitors and unit costs

- Developing the market for the company in southeast Asia

The Successful Applicant

You have 10+ years of experience in commercial management and P&L responsibility role with a MNC preferably in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing. You are ideally a MBA with a Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Production Engineering (preferred though not mandatory). You have technical knowledge in foreign trade and incoterms, sales administration and customer relationship management. Your know-how of industrial costs, quality & environment systems and material administration would be an added advantage. You are a leader with excellent communication and persuasion skills. You are well versed with diverse cultures and have the ability to build great interpersonal relationships.
