We are looking for a Corporate HR Leader for one of the well reputed German Multinational.

Position : HR Manager

Reporting to : VP HR

BRIEF OF ROLE:

- Responsible for end to end recruitment

- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions

- Training & development and Induction

- Compensation & Benefits

DESIRED PROFILE:

- Should have experience of 10-13 years.

- Should have handled Corporate HR profile

- Should have worked for MNC's in Manufacturing companies

- Experience in IR, PMS, Statutory compliance is preferable.
