India Organizational Development Partner
Qualifications : Bachelor's in science/engineering with MBA in HR (from Premier institute is preferred)
Experience: 8- 11 years of relevant experience in a MNC firm
Job description
A role at strategic level, and act as the HR representative in India leadership team
Implement the global P&O strategy and project port folio at all locations in the region
Act as organizational Development for all business teams
Deliver the agreed global service levels at all locations in the region incl. meeting the targets defined for P&O global service KPIs
Identify and address P&O related trends and challenges in the whole region proactively
Deliver the P&O services in the most efficient way through standardized processes and continuous optimization of resources within the region
Develop the regional P&O organization in alignment with the global P&O OP plan. This includes having the right competencies and organization of roles and responsibilities
Drive and broaden cross-SR understanding and initiatives
Other responsibilities and tasks, depending on the specific needs of the region
