Relationship Manager
India Factoring and Finance Solutions Private Limited (India Factoring) is a RBI registered NBFC Factor. It was established in December 2009 and operates out of Bandra Kurla Complex in India's financial hub, Mumbai. India Factoring's primary shareholders are FIMBank plc with 82.5% stake and Banca IFIS 6.3% stake.
The objective of the Company is to provide factoring and forfeiting services, encompassing finance and value added services, efficiently and competently, to business entities in India. The factoring services offered by the Company will be both International (Export and Import) and Domestic.
The key goal is to provide receivables finance and management solutions at a price that is a value proposition for its clients. The Company aims to become a leading provider of factoring and forfaiting in India, and to manage the business in a direction and manner that will continuously enhance both client satisfaction and shareholder value.
Functional Title : Relationship Manager
Corporate Title : Asst Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager- Relationship
Reporting to : VP- Relationship
Main Responsibilities :
- To source SME, MSME and Large Segments for Factoring portfolio - developing and managing the relationship.
- To source clients for LC discounting and ensure maximum utilization.
- To coordinate with Business heads, Operations Team, Credit & Legal Team to ensure smooth functioning of back end process.
- To acquire new clients through existing networks, consultants and cold calling.
- To make amendments in existing facility based on the client's business requirement.
- To review the existing client annually and monitor closely, to ensure geniuses of transaction.
- To help the team in negotiating and the closing the deals.
- To coordinate with the field surveyors for successful completion of survey on factorable client and debtor.
- To apprise new proposals & evaluate credit risk associated (for Domestic & Export clients)
- To handle legal documentation for facilities sanctioned, assessing client for mortgage creation and other dates.
- To negotiate Inland L/c's with banks, liaison with operations team for Disbursal and Monitoring payments on due dates.
Position Requirements :
- Post Graduate Business Degree
- 3-10 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Institution in area of trade finance, vendor discounting, LC, factoring, bill discounting, supply chain finance,invoice finance, bill discounting, corporate linked business,working capital loan etc,
- Multi Language capability would be an advantage
Key Attributes :
- Should have strong market knowledge and network in the market catering to.
- The person should have basic financial understanding, and to be street smart.
- Experienced in meeting new clients, maintaining relationship with existing client & screening new clients for the facility.
- The ideal person should be marketing oriented guy with financial background.
