Role:

- Partner with business and front-line Management to ensure rewards and benefits policy, strategy and design is created and implemented in line with overall global guidelines withing India and countries one is assigned for.

- You will also ensure compliance with laws and local market scenario. In this role , you will be the point SME in the geography.

- You must have worked in Indian market with deep understanding of local market especially the tech sector.

- A multi-tasker, your communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects has to be outstanding.

- A minimum of 8 years in rewards will be just about right.
