Job Description - As the India CFO you will report to the MD with a dotted line to the APAC finance head and be responsible to Facilitate and support a growing business with multiple business lines in a complex service sector industry

- Provide professional financial expertise at country level and be part of key management decision making and be a true business partner to global business heads

- Ensure high levels of financial governance and risk and compliance at all times

- Oversee the Legal and Compliance function

- Help business heads understand the risks and get them mitigated or eliminated

- Ensure Timeliness & Accuracy and accountability in the region with respect to accounting and reporting activities

The Successful Candidate - You are qualified Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of work experience with large MNCs. You have worked within the service sector for the past 7+ years and clearly understand the challenges that companies deal with. You are extremely commercial driven and have a strong customer focus. A fast paced, action-orient environment motivates you. You come with good communication skills and the ability to lead large teams.
