Job Title- Index Analyst / Sr. Analyst

Job Purpose:

1) Data management on the calculation systems and implement process improvements in data management.

2) Over a period of time to be able to contribute in daily production and reconciliation of benchmark index models, primarily equities, multi-asset, and Rates.

3) Focus on risk control aspect of data management processes.

4) Work with/support team mates and stakeholders in other regions.

5) Own projects and processes and be responsible for mentoring more junior team members.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1) Involve and initiate process improvements in Data management space

2) Daily calculation and reconciliation of the Benchmark Indices cross asset

3) Work with the London/ HK/ NY teams to develop and improve Benchmark Index processes with focus on applicable Control framework

4) Become key point of contact for Mumbai team

5) Train and mentor more junior team members

6) Understand and support governance, audit and regulatory aspects of the business.
