Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Operations Consultant for a contract-based position (1-2 years).

- The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in operations consulting or operational roles, with experience in either FMCD, FMCG, or leading companies such as CEAT, MRF, Havells, Pidilite, Asian Paints, Astral Pipes, Ashirwad Pipes, or similar.

- This role will involve optimizing operations, improving processes, and driving strategic changes for our clients.

- The Operations Consultant is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving business operations across various industries.

- The role involves working closely with clients to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes and workflows, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies for operational optimization and cost reduction.

- Data Analysis: Use data and metrics to assess performance and make informed recommendations.

- Change Management: Guide organizations through changes and improvements while managing resistance.

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to understand challenges, offer solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Consulting Background: Experience in operations consulting, ideally across multiple industries.

- Methodologies: Familiarity with methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar frameworks for process optimization.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and create actionable solutions.

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive results.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience in a range of industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, etc.) is preferred.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in operations consulting or in operational roles within either FMCD, FMCG, or companies like CEAT, MRF, Havells, Pidilite, Asian Paints, Astral Pipes, Ashirwad Pipes, or similar industries.

- Methodologies: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and optimize operational processes and workflows.

- Project Management: Experience in managing and executing large-scale operational improvement projects.

- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to a wide range of industries (FMCD, FMCG, manufacturing, etc.) and the ability to adapt strategies for different business models.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with clients and teams effectively.

- Travel: Must be willing to travel as required for site visits. Travel and accommodation will be sponsored.
