Independent Director / Leader of Sales ( FMCG / Retail / Hospitality / Wellness / Food ... )
- NATE Advisory's "Future Of Work " solution is one of a kind "Blue Ocean" digital framework that is agnostic to industry / department / geography or function.
- We are looking for independent thought leaders in sales / marketing ( Ideally with 25+ years wisdom & experience) across industries to take our solution and capture untapped markets in India & SE Asia , Middle East , Europe & US
- Sales / Partnership Relationship Management
- Working closely with your network to identify and be best placed for upcoming sales opportunities.
- Well connected with national & international media houses, publications and known to push boundaries at peer conferences and academic circles. Comfortable to distinguish between noise , signal & ground reality.
- Having built long standing relationships with founders / people at leadership level with decision making authority . Path breaking leaders who are early adopters of disrupting practices and REAL INNOVATION
- Identifying new functions, features and benefits of partner products or services, and ensuring these are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders in order to capitalise on any revenue-making opportunities.
- Making sure regular check-ins are conducted with key partners and ensuring a strong, effective and ongoing relationship in order to maintain NATE Advisory's industry solution front of mind positioning with core partners.
- Networking is a key part of this role and attending industry and partner events to build contacts, new partnerships and ultimately generate more pipeline opportunities for the business will be vital to being successful.
- Seeking out and executing opportunities for new business from within the partner network, and helping to evolve our core proposition, services and USPs to keep winning.
- Working closely across industry segments to promote the partnership in effective and engaging ways.
- Steering partnership opportunities through to deal-close.
- Managing leads
- Managing the first contact calls with prospective clients.
- Being the 'Go to" contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Establishing opportunity and formally qualifying the deal.
- Ownership of sales material and sales/pitch decks.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell opportunities with existing clients.
Essential Skills & Experience :
- A confident and clear communicator, both in person and on the phone, able to quickly build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Strong networking skills, confidently develops new relationships, connects people, is memorable.
- Strong project management, client facing and presentation skills.
- Confident with numbers and pricing and has a commercial approach to projects using budgets creatively.
- Creative and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and challenge the status quo.
