The Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying the potential risks through data analysis across verticals in the organization. S/he would ensure the implementation of risk mitigation measures to prevent the company from any hazard. S/he will be reporting to the Chief Risk Officer.  Key Responsibilities:  - Coordinate with internal teams to build a robust risk - averse system  - Review and analyze policies, processes & data to identify and prevent the organization from issues  - Understand and Implement methods to automate risk mitigation in accordance with best practices  - Conduct internal audits periodically  - Liaise with various regulators to understand, implement and review the practices in accordance with regulatory framework   - Coordination with internal teams, regulatory authorities, banks and partners  Key Skills:  - Graduation (preferably in commerce) along with Chartered Accountancy  - 4 to 5 years of total experience wherein 3+ years of experience should be in banking/financial services or related domain  - Knowledge of Risk Management including Enterprise Risk Management   - Ability to engage with regulators independently  - Expert in Internal Audit processes, information security, finance and accounting principles, analysis of policies and processes etc.  - Well versed with internal & regulatory compliance  - Highly proficient in analytics  - Integrity
