Indepay Networks is a global financial technology company, working towards creating a global payment network for the financially excluded clients. Job description :

As Regional Channel Manager at Indepay you will be responsible for driving end- to- end sales operations in your respective geography. You will be the primary owner of achieving sales target in their territory through distributors. You will play an integral role in acquisition and maintenance of retailers. You will be driving the product and service rollout in your territory and will be responsible for planning and executing BTL activity for creating awareness among customers. You will be held accountable for maintaining the complete data for territory and for updating the same periodically.

You will ensure the maximum visibility of Indepay Brand in your territory. You will be responsible for acquisition of new customers and retaining the existing ones by effectively providing the services.

Key responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing end-to-end Sales Operations in a given geography

- Achieve acquisitions target for the territory

- Create database of prospects & plan to cover the same

- Appoint, train & manage channel partners/ manpower

- Suggest & execute below the line activities for acquisition & awareness

- Competitive intelligence & feedback

- Deliver overall Business Operations and the Productivity/Targets of the distributors, partners

- Responsible for the Target Delivery, Motivation, Recruitment, Training and Retention of the distributor manpower

- Ensure regular Servicing of the channel and no loss/delay in the collection, data entry and submission of forms/data to Indepay/Bank

- Resolve and Escalate Field issues/feedback to the TM

- Communicate and implement the various sales promotions to the retailers and ensuring results

- Identify and recruit 'good' Retailers' for higher market penetration and coverage

- Ensure the permanent visibility, distribution and display of Signboards, Forms and Promotional material to all the retailers

- Superior analytical skills to analyze any scenario in macro and micro perspective

- Good communication skills both spoken and written are a must

- Proficient in using budgeting tools, spreadsheets, presentations and MS Project

- Should be self starter, result oriented and a strong bias for execution is mandatory
