Job description :
As Cluster head in Indepay you will be responsible for P&L of the geography assigned to you. You will own the cluster's P&L and will accordingly drive sales strategy in your cluster. You will be responsible for creating the channel in your cluster along with Regional channel Managers and will be responsible for managing and servicing the channel partners. You will be held accountable for rolling out services and products in the designated area through the network. You will appoint and evaluate the channel performance for your region and will conduct training to enhance performance. You will take periodic feedback from sales team, distributors and customers and share it with product management team to improve upon the product and services offered by Indepay. You will mentor and provide appropriate guidance to your sales team for effective implementation of sales strategy. As Cluster Head you will be like a chief operating officer for your cluster.
Key responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for driving sales strategy from top to bottom and will engage with various stakeholders for execution of the same
- Responsible for delivering sales revenue and profitability for the designated cluster
- Plan, appoint & manage channel partners, TMs/DDOs/RSOs
- In-depth understanding of channel and business drivers, to retain and grow existing accounts
- Understand customers' key business drivers and supports the team for creating a profitable business
- Supervise Distributor/ISP sales teams to achieve performance objectives and to maintain the profitability
- Translating Indepay strategies to Distributors and manage sales activities through organized trade channel
- Managing high-volume partners with respect to implementation and execution of marketing activities
- Attract & train manpower to improvise the productivity of sales team
- Suggest & execute BTL activities for acquisition of merchants
- Provide timely & structured feedback - operator, user & competitors
- Track and monitor changes in the activities using project management tool like MS Project
Key skills :
- Should have prior experience in creating and managing channel preferably for telecom or insurance companies
- Should have a go-getter attitude and have excellent number crunching skills

- Should posses an in depth knowledge of the geography in which he/she needs to operate
