And if you think you are game for it we would love to have you on board.  Following is the JD:  As an Associate Finance Controller at Indepay, you will be responsible for financial & business strategy planning, business modelling, capital restructuring, fund management, financial policies, team leading, financial reporting, finalization of balance sheet for the company, surfacing opportunities to reduce cost and design new processes to help Indepay achieve the performance based goals.   Key responsibilities  - Study, analyze and prepare report on trends and opportunities for expansion  - Direct responsibility for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable  - Managing vendor, stakeholder relationships at regional level  - Development and negotiation of contracts  - Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities  - Treasury function to enable best utilization of float capital within the organization  - Analyze, manage and monitor optimal deployment of funds  - Preparation of Statutory Books of Accounts & Annual Financial Reports  - To own, create and implement of all processes including ERP implementation needed to have end to end compliance across the company and that all compliance are adhered to across the organization  - Work with Internal & Statutory Auditors & ensure audit is completed on time   - Study, analyze and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth  - Ensuring Compliance of Accounting Standards  - Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities  - Monitor banking activities of the organization  Key skills  - Proficient in project management skills  - Expert in budgeting exercise, budgeted financial statements, cost control & management  - Proficient in MS Office suite of products  - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations  - Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues  - Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must   - Excellent business acumen, problem solving ability, and tech savvy  - Should be self - motivated, innovative, result oriented, and a strong bias for action is mandatory  Company Profile  Indepay Networks is a global financial technology company, whose innovative technology advances payments for remittance and compulsive spends by incentivizing the mass users to move from traditional cash based transactions towards a cashless platform.
