Senior Manager - Corporate Communication

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Evolve Indegene's brand journey and perception with key stakeholders

- Act as a strategic counsel to senior executives on all communication and branding matters

- Refresh and execute our strategy to attract talent

- Research and build our EVP, differentiating Indegene from competitors

- Understand business goals, write and distribute content, and measures effectiveness

- Understand personas and journey and craft communication aligned with them

- Set up and execute internal communication processes

- Act as the custodian of the brand for all employee communication

- Amplify stories through various media and grow our share of voice

- Identify industry awards, author a compelling case and amplify wins

- Engage university campuses and industry forums through various formats

- Respond sensitively to employer reviews on reputation management platforms

- Coach employees on sharing their personal stories and edit them

You are an ideal fit, if you :

- Are excellent at writing content, please do share samples of content you personally authored (not orchestrated)

- Understand brand strategy and talent journey

- Can work independently and rally stakeholders around your goals

- Think strategically, while executing with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude in an individual contributor role

- Believe in partnership, are assertive, and bring a high EQ to manage senior stakeholders

- Have 12 years of communications or marketing experience with at least 5 years in employer branding, preferably in a B2B technology organization

- Studied business or marketing (MBA preferred)
