Job Description :

- To develop, implement and integrate technology solutions that better serve our clients and engagement teams.

- Work with different teams to identify and establish tactical and strategic information requirements, develop and implement Business Intelligence (BI) strategies that utilize data warehouse systems to enhance business processes, and manage BI initiatives.

- Lead a BI team. Be part of defining and growing the analytics function in a fast-growing company

- Drive a data-insights-action process and see how your work translates to business growth

- Provide research and analysis, strategic insights on key markets, competitors and targets to support business development efforts in the region

- Work on strategic projects-Debrief internal stakeholders to gather and analyse intelligence

- Coach, mentor and develop resources, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities

- Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback

Qualification : Any graduate, Btech/Mtech, MS Computer Sciences, MBA

Desired Profile:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Datawarehouse/ETL as well as Business Intelligence tools

- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Advance SQL, SSIS, Tableau, Python / R and VBA

- Good Knowledge of implementation and usage of different automation frameworks like SSIS Packages

- Rich end-to-end Business Analysis experience with a good Understanding of business needs and logics.

- Good knowledge on Testing Life Cycle, Bug/Defect life cycle, Defect tracking and management.

- Requirement analysis (SOW, BRD)

- Experience in working with Tableau - Sorting, Grouping, Hierarchy, Table Calculations, Functions, Parameters, SQL Joins, Data Blending and Data Extracts.

- Experience in creating dashboards and publishing on Tableau Server with knowledge of admin responsibilities like creating users, roles and scheduling data refreshes.

- Basic understanding in Power-BI/Qlik Sense would be an added advantage.

- Knowledge about various packages used in R, Python and their importance.

- Writing SQL Queries to troubleshoot or recreate business algorithm to fetch the data accordingly for business users in front end applications.

- Leadership Skill : Experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred, should be able to manage the performance and responsibilities of everyone in the team
