Indegene - Lead - Business Intelligence

Job Description :

- Lead a team of BI analyst/developers to create best of breed reporting for less technically minded business units with often ambiguous requirements following an agile development methodology

- Provide support and training to analyst teams, and development teams, in the use of our BI platform to drive maximum value from it

- Design, facilitate and manage BI platform to provide fast, agile and secure access to the data set

- Create a Centre of Excellence to harbour knowledge sharing, identify business champions, accelerate successful adoption and breed passion in data insight and visualisation.

- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, addressing customer queries, manage deliverables and effectively handling client requirements

Qualification : Any graduate, Btech/Mtech, MS Computer Sciences

Desired Profile :

- 5 to 8 years experienced in one or more BI technologies: Tableau (must), Qlik, Power BI

- Proficiency in MS Excel with VBA

- Experienced in SQL (query building, indexing, transformation) required

- Should have some business analytics experience / mindset and domain expertise

- Expert in handling large data sets, automating processes and building custom reports

- Experience in Python/R programming a plus

- Develop custom intuitive, interactive and dynamic dashboards, enabling actionable insights and self-service analytics. 5-8 years- experience.

- Must have experience in building Reports and Dashboards using Tableau and / or other BI tools

- Good knowledge of Tableau server, Admin functions, Installation, Configuration and Back up options

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to define business KPIs based on domain knowledge

- Experience integrating Tableau into other external environments such as websites

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience working with graphical logos, colour palettes & visually appealing features in Tableau

- Experience in writing SQL queries to extract, merge and prepare granular and aggregated datasets for data analytics and business intelligence

- Experience in other BI/Reporting tools like Power BI, Qlik is a plus

- Requires the ability to organize, manage and work within a global team-oriented, collaborative environment, providing technical consultative support to peers, projects and end users, including the development of technical standards

- Excellent problem solving, analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
