Indago Research - Senior Analyst - Financial Analysis & Research

- We are a boutique financial research and investment intelligence firm that works with our clients on exclusive and customized mandates.

- The firm was founded by a seasoned investment professional with several years of experience conducting detailed financial and investment due-diligence along with investigative research for international alternative investment and M&A advisory firms.

- In order to support our growth, we are looking to add a professional who will work closely on a broad range of areas including M&A, equity research, corporate finance as well as assist with marketing/sales tasks.

- They will be an integral part of the team and as such will grow along with the firm.

- The role will provide a fast-paced, constantly evolving and exciting opportunity to break into a highly competitive industry.

Job description would include :

A) Building Confidential Information Memorandum (CIMs) on sellside M&A deals that our Investment Banking clients bring to market.

B) Building three statement financial models

C) Analyzing stocks, industries and economies to build investment thesis on companies

D) Assisting the firm with marketing/sales effort

Skills and characteristics required include :

A) 1-4 years prior background in equity research (sell side/buy side), Investment Banking, Big-4 accounting, Strategy/Management Consulting

B) MBA/CA/CPA/Masters/CFA's only.

C) A highly entrepreneurial person who enjoys independence, unstructured environments and quick learning.

D) Ability to express thoughts clearly in written (PPT/Word/Excel/Email) and oral form.

E) Strong quantitative skills

F) History of strong work ethic, self-motivation, initiative, resourcefulness, and success

G) Ability and desire to multi-task as well as work independently, helping shape the projects being completed.
