Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager at Indag Rubber Ltd in Raipur.
- The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for daily sales activities, customer service, training, and sales management to drive business growth and foster relationships with fleet owners in the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales, track key sales metrics, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Territory Management: Effectively manage and optimize sales resources within the assigned territory, including travel and customer visits.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other sales team members, marketing, and other departments to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Sales and Sales Management experience.
- Training abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of tyre industry and retreading processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
