The Strategy Consultant will report to the Chief Executive Officer and have a dual role - a strategic one, in which to understand the commercial market and help craft the future direction of the company, and an operational one, in which to keep track of key metrics of the firm and identify areas of strength and improvement and M&A opportunities.
The role shall be responsible for various strategic and operational elements:
- Analyze core strengths and where they can be applied for future growth and expansion.
- Strong business Acumen, Analytical skills to evaluate M&A opportunities for attractiveness
- Strong project management skills: the ability to drive multiple high-profile projects forward, effective leverage of all resources to drive results
- Ability to think strategically and display thought leadership when engaging executives.
- Analyze capability gaps and related areas of improvement
- Tracking key managerial metrics - both financial and operational and understanding root causes and drivers of improvements
- Interacting with key external stakeholders and service providers
- Preparing Board-ready presentations
