Thus, while we believe working in Co-innovation model (SmartApp City) with its customers, it also harnesses the talent of end developers through "Smart Developer Centre".  JD for Inside Sales  JOB DESCRIPTION  Generating leads through extensive web research, cold calling as well as email campaigns and ensuring that lead targets are met.  Maintaining a continuous history of prospects and customers and the activities happening within that customer through customer relationship manager (CRM) database.  Generation of customer's interest and arranging for a meeting/teleconference with Sales and/or Business Development team across industries and geographies. (merged with above point).  Should be able to assist in go to marketing activities - event management, vendor relations, campaign management, follow up calls for event registrations etc.  Make outbound telephone calls to prospective clients, qualifying the opportunity  Analyzing opportunities for prospective clients by sector/ domain and processing new leads to the sales team  Managing correspondence between the sales and marketing team and their clients - by ensuring direct alignment to their respective functional goals  ( have included this above)  Desired Candidate Profile  Excellent communication skills - oral and written.   Pleasant personality and tone of voice and convincing skills.   Proficient with MS office tools like Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel.   Should be a smart worker and a quick learner.   Experience in calling for India / international market is preferred.  Working knowledge of tools like Eloqua, market, SFDC preferred  Salary offered: 5 - 10 LPA
