This is a leadership position to support the high growth ambitions of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience building such partner eco-systems from scratch, should have handled a direct sales role during his/her career and understand the local challenges in various markets covered by such partners. He/she must have demonstrated building and scaling such programs for either IT products or services companies.
- Set up and scale Incture's Alliances & Partnership program globally
- Acquire new regional/local SAP partners with whom we can engage for Joint GTM for Incture offerings/solutions
- Achieve order booking targets jointly with such partners, ensure smooth delivery of services in close coordination with delivery teams
- Build relationships with key executives at partners
- Define and develop suitable partner enablement and development programs, etc.
- Manage GTM partners on a day-to-day basis
- Drive pipeline growth through such GTM partners
- Develop market for Incture's products and packaged applications through such partners
