- End to end account management & owning growth for strategic Consumer Goods/ Retail accounts in North America

- Base location will be Bengaluru, India. Will be required to travel frequently to customer locations in North America

- Selling products, pre-packaged services to key accounts of Incture

- Building & managing customer relationships with Business & IT stakeholders

- Envisioning and creating new opportunities within existing and new businesses

- Owning order booking, pipeline, receivables and customer satisfaction

- Map the customer organization, reach out to new business units

- Manage end to end lead gen, sales and RFI/RFP processes. Lead financial and contract terms negotiation and outsourcing strategy for clients

- Client Relationship Management; engage with CxO, VP and Director level stakeholders

- Business Pipeline Management, Account planning

- Account forecasting and budgeting, managing account operations, manage overall P&L

- Manage risks and issues related to the account, including delivery oversight

Required Skills and Experience:

- 10+ years of applicable business experience in sales and account management

- Should have account managed CG/Retail accounts that are based in North America

- Previous experience with account management or hunting role is a must-have, with responsibility for accounts involving 70+ people and budgets of $3 mill or greater

- Solid understanding of digital offerings in Consumer Goods & Retail industries is preferable

- Prior experience/ understanding client requirements enabled by SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud and Integration services is desirable

- Demonstrated success in planning and controlling account related activities, use of delegation and effective communication

- Demonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/ issue resolution

- Excellent communication skills that would help in establishing good rapport with the client and improve Incture's overall relationship with the client

- Create customer presentations and provide support in overall opportunity management

- Ability to understand client business model and proactively create opportunities to drive value

- Experienced in solution selling (enterprise solutions)
