Job Title: Sales Specialist
About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our high-performing team in Bangalore.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities while building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
- Identify client needs and align our SaaS solutions to solve business challenges.
- Conduct product demos, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records in the CRM.
Requirements:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in SaaS sales.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for technology and a growth mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
- MBA is compulsory in sales or marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Background in selling marketing tech, CRM, or productivity SaaS tools.
