About this Job:
The role drives the organization's business development strategies. The business development manager improves the current portfolio and explores new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform market analysis on new clients, project identification, tracking and outreach.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange weekly and monthly business calls and schedule other outreach initiatives, current, and prospective clients.
- Successfully acquire and retain new clients by promoting the organization's mission and services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Scope and contract development, and execution.
- Manage end to end partner relationships.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients.
- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
- And/or any other task assigned by the management
Job Requirement:
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
- Minimum 8+ years of sales experience preferably in a non-profit organization
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
